All used vehicles sold by FA Fleet Auto come with the following warranty coverage:
- Powertrain Warranty: 3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first)
- Engine Components: 3 months or 3,000 miles
- Transmission: 3 months or 3,000 miles
- Drive Axle: 3 months or 3,000 miles
- Electrical Systems: 1 month or 1,000 miles
- Air Conditioning: 1 month or 1,000 miles
2.2 Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles
Certified pre-owned vehicles receive enhanced warranty coverage:
- Extended Powertrain: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Comprehensive Coverage: 6 months or 6,000 miles
- Roadside Assistance: 12 months nationwide
- Rental Car Coverage: Up to 5 days during warranty repairs
2.3 Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear items (brake pads, filters, fluids)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Damage from external factors (weather, road conditions, etc.)
- Damage from modifications not approved by us
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at sale
3. Service and Parts Warranty
3.1 Labor Warranty
All repair work performed by FA Fleet Auto comes with the following warranty:
- Major Repairs: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Engine Service: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Transmission Service: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Brake Service: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Electrical Work: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- AC Service: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- General Maintenance: 6 months or 6,000 miles
3.2 Parts Warranty
Parts installed by FA Fleet Auto come with manufacturer warranties:
- OEM Parts: Manufacturer's warranty (typically 12-24 months)
- Aftermarket Parts: Manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months)
- Reconditioned Parts: 90 days warranty
- Used Parts: 30 days warranty
- Fluids and Filters: 30 days or 1,000 miles
3.3 Auto Parts Catalog
Parts purchased from our catalog include:
- New OEM Parts: Full manufacturer warranty
- Aftermarket Parts: 12-month warranty
- Performance Parts: Manufacturer warranty
- Installation Service: 90-day labor warranty
4. Warranty Claims Process
