OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE, OR $10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FA Fleet Auto, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

16. Dispute Resolution
